Description
Pliny (the Elder), writing in the first century CE, wrote they were intended to “elevate above the ordinary world” created as a constant visual reminder of the Triumph – an act of sanctification of a completion to a successful foreign war. A general who achieve all the elements of Rome’s highest order was indeed one to watch and his glory one to bask in!
The terrain is made from MDF and is part of the Streets of Rome range. The gate is supplied without the miniatures shown here used to make the statues. 160mm x 160mm
