Description
In early 1971, the Bay Area suffered one of it’s greatest environmental calamities when two Standard Oil tankers collided under the Golden Gate. Independent trucker Charlie Walker (Mike Colter) had to bitterly joust for a piece of the cleanup contract-and he’d have to combat the polluter, the unions, and the environmentalists as his small crew handled an increasingly daunting task.
