All four were Top 20 albums in the UK where Williams’ popularity remained extremely high. The single ‘Solitaire’ was also a UK Top 5 hit. In the US, ‘Solitaire’ and ‘You Lay So Easy On My Mind’ made the Billboard Top 200. After a hugely successful recording and TV career, Andy sadly passed away in 2012 at the age of 84.
